Looking for ways to enhance your desktop backgrounds in Ubuntu? Why not try Real-Time Sunlight Wallpaper? This program updates your desktop backgrounds every 30 minutes with real-time computer generated illustrations of the earth's pattern?
Until recently, it wasn't possible to install it in Ubuntu 11.10, but recent updates have fixed some of the bugs and it's now running great in Ubuntu 11.10.
This brief tutorial shows you how to install and configure it in Ubuntu 11.10.

- Install and configure Realtime Sunlight Wallpaper in Ubuntu 11.10

To get started, press Ctrl – Alt – T on your keyboard to open Terminal. When it opens, run the commands below to install it.
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:realtime.sunlight.wallpaper/rsw
Next, run the commands below to update and install Realtime sunlight wallpaper.
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install gtk-sunlight
After installing, open Dash and find the program.
Next, choose your options and click 'OK' to save.
